"Return was fine but slow"
The shoes did not fit me right, so I ended up sending them back. The return worked out in the end, but the refund took about two weeks to show up. Customer support did answer my questions, just not very quickly. Overall, it was not awful, but I would not call it a great experience either.

"Good updates, even when I was in a rush"
I had a easy experience with refreshoes.com. I was kind of rushing around when I ordered, so it was nice that they kept me updated the whole time and I didn’t have to keep checking or chasing anything. I had one small question and they got back to me quickly. Simple, clear communication and no hassle. I’d use them again.

"Better than before, but a few preventable issues"
My shoes definitely came back looking nicer than when I sent them in, so I’ll give them credit for that. But there were still a few scuffs left, and the color looked a little uneven in some spots. It wasn’t a terrible job, just felt like those details were preventable and I expected a bit more overall.

"Pleasantly surprised by the fit"
I ordered my usual size and was surprised by how well they fit. No tight spots, no slipping, just comfortable right out of the box. Buying shoes online can be a gamble, so I was really happy these worked out.

"got exactly what i ordered"
I ordered a pair of shoes from refreshoes.com everything showed up just how I expected. Right size, right color, and the exact model I picked out on the site.

No weird mix-ups or random substitutions, which is always something I kind of worry about when buying shoes online. It all matched my confirmation email, so yeah, simple experience but I’m really happy with it

"Pretty convincing, but I’m not 100% sure"
The shoes looked legit when they arrived, but I’m still a little unsure about the overall quality. Delivery took longer than I expected too, so the experience was okay, just not perfect.

"Looked almost too good to be true"
I was a little suspicious when I opened the box because the shoes looked almost new. I kept checking for some hidden issue, but other than a few tiny marks on the sole, they were in really good shape. Happy with them.

I liked that the price was shown upfront and stayed that way. No hidden fees popped up, which makes me trust them more, even though I guess just not adding extra charges should be the normal thing.

I got my shoes from Refresh and, honestly… they were comfy from day one. I wore them all day at work, and yeah, my feet didn’t hurt at all. Happy with them so far.

"A Tiny Shipping Saga, But Worth It"
I ordered a pair last week and, after what felt like a small eternity of waiting, they finally arrived in good condition. The delivery was a little slower than I expected, but it wasn’t the end of the world. The shoes fit really well and look just like the photos, which was a huge relief. Overall, I’m happy with the whole thing and I’d probably order again

"Solid pair compared to others I’ve tried"
I’ve been wearing these quite a bit, and they feel really solid. The stitching is clean, the material feels sturdy, and they’ve held up well so far with no issues. Compared to a few other shoes I’ve bought around the same price, these definitely feel better made and more reliable

I ordered from refreshoes.com because the prices seemed reasonable, and overall the experience was fine. The shoes arrived in a decent amount of time, but maybe it’s just me, they didn’t feel quite as nice quality-wise as I was expecting for what I paid.

They’re not bad shoes or anything, so I don’t regret buying them. I’d probably consider ordering again if there was a good sale, but at full price, they feel a little harder to justify
